This manual covers the use of the Master Control Panel. We suggest that only one person is allowed access to this area since it provides control of all aspects of your site. Depending on the size of your organisation it may be appropriate to set up an editorial team for the site. This would, typically consist of two or three more staff designated as content managers. Each additional person could have responsibility for a part of your Web, using the Content Manager Control panel.

This manual covers the use of the Content Manager. Your site administrator sets up User Names and Passwords that you use to access the Content Manager and its functions.

Guidance, both specific and general, for preparing and manipulating photographs and graphics for use on web sites.

Although some of this document is now a couple of years old the majority of the information it contains is highly relevant.
